This 3-session package offers a supportive container for deeper, more sustained healing over time. Across our hour-long sessions, we will work with Ayurveda to gently address root imbalances, build consistent practices, and tend to your evolving emotional landscape. This package allows for continuity, accountability, and a more integrated approach to your healing journey. First session is booked at this time. Follow up sessions will be booked at a later time.
